CLEAN ENERGY FINANCE CORPORATION ACT 2012 (NO. 104, 2012) - SECT 45

Establishment of Account

             (1)  The Clean Energy Finance Corporation Special Account is established by this section.

             (2)  The Account is a Special Account for the purposes of the Financial Management and Accountability Act 1997 .
