MOOMBA-SYDNEY PIPELINE SYSTEM SALE ACT 1994 No. 70, 1994 - SECT 108

Time period for review of TPC determinations
108. (1) If a party to an arbitration applies for a review of a determination
under section 105, the Tribunal must make its determination on
the review within 60 days after receiving the application for review ("the 60
day period").

(2) The 60 day period does not apply if:

   (a) the Tribunal, having obtained the views of all the parties to the
arbitration, thinks that the matter cannot be dealt with properly
within the 60 day period, either because of its complexity or because
        of other special circumstances; or

   (b) all the parties to the arbitration agree that the 60 day period should
not apply to the review and the Tribunal thinks it appropriate that in
the circumstances the 60 day period should not apply.
