Determination of Tribunal taken to be determination of TPC
109. (1) A determination by the Tribunal affirming, setting aside or varying a
determination of the TPC under section 80 is, for the purposes of this Part
other than this Division or section 82, taken to be a determination by the
TPC.
(2) A determination by the Tribunal has effect from when the determination is
made.
