QANTAS SALE ACT 1992 No. 196, 1992 - SECT 12
Jurisdiction of courts
12. The Federal Court of Australia has jurisdiction with respect to matters
arising under section 10 and that jurisdiction is exclusive of the
jurisdiction of all other courts, other than the jurisdiction of the High
Court under section 75 of the Constitution.
