QANTAS SALE ACT 1992 No. 196, 1992 - SECT 11
Delegation by Minister
11.(1) The Minister may delegate his or her powers and functions under this
Part to a person who holds, or performs the duties of, a Senior Executive
Service office in the Department.
(2) In this section, "Senior Executive Service office" has the same meaning as
in the Public Service Act 1922.
