QANTAS SALE ACT 1992 No. 196, 1992 - SECT 33

33.(1) If, immediately before a terminating event, an employee of Qantas or a
Qantas subsidiary was a person to whom deferred benefits were applicable under
section 119W of the Superannuation Act 1922, then, despite the terminating
event, the employee continues to be a person to whom those deferred benefits
are applicable while the employee continues to be employed by Qantas or a
Qantas subsidiary.

(2) For the purposes of this section, a terminating event occurs if employment
by Qantas or a Qantas subsidiary ceases to be public employment for the
purposes of Division 3 of Part XA of the Superannuation Act 1922.
