TRADE PRACTICES ACT 1974 No. 51, 1974 - SECT 109

109. (1) A person to whom an authorization was granted is entitled to
participate in any proceedings before the Tribunal instituted by another
person in relation to that authorization.

(2) The Tribunal may, upon such conditions as it thinks fit, permit a person
to intervene in proceedings before the Tribunal.
