TRADE PRACTICES ACT 1974 No. 51, 1974 - SECT 110
Representation.
110. In proceedings before the Tribunal-
(a) a person other than a body corporate may appear in person or may be
represented by an employee of the person approved by the Tribunal;
(b) a body corporate may be represented by an employee, or a director or
other officer, of the body corporate approved by the Tribunal;
(c) an unincorporated association of persons or a member of an
unincorporated association of persons may be represented by a member
or officer of the association approved by the Tribunal; and
(d) any person may be represented by a barrister or a solicitor of the
Supreme Court of a State or Territory or of the High Court.
