TRADE PRACTICES ACT 1974 No. 51, 1974 - SECT 120

120. In proceedings under this Act before the Court, other than proceedings
for an offence against a provision of this Division, particulars of an
agreement, or of a variation or determination of an agreement, as appearing
from a document filed by the Clerk are prima facie evidence of the agreement,
variation or determination.
