26.03.1 The applicant shall, within 28 days after filing an application for an order for removal, file and serve a summary of argument in support of the application.

26.03.2 The applicant's summary of argument shall:

(a)

be in Form 18;

(b)

not exceed 10 pages; and

(c)

be signed by a legal practitioner on behalf of the applicant or, if the applicant is unrepresented, by the applicant.
