26.04.1 A respondent shall, within 21 days after service of the applicant's summary of argument, file and serve a summary of argument.

26.04.2 A respondent's summary of argument shall:

(a)

be in Form 19;

(b)

not exceed 10 pages;

(c)

state concisely the points in issue between the applicant and the respondent; and

(d)

be signed by a legal practitioner on behalf of the respondent or, if the respondent is unrepresented, by the respondent.
