ABORIGINAL LAND RIGHTS ACT 1983 - SECT 186
General disclosure
186 General disclosure
(1) An officer or member of staff of an Aboriginal Land Council may give a
written notice (a
"general disclosure notice" )-- (a) to a meeting of the
Aboriginal Land Council, and
(b) to the effect that the officer or
member of staff, or the officer's or staff member's spouse, de facto partner
or relative, is-- (i) a member or employee of a specified company or other
body, or
(ii) a partner or employee of a specified person.
(2) A
general disclosure notice given and not withdrawn is sufficient disclosure of
the matters disclosed in the notice for the purposes of future meetings of the
Aboriginal Land Council.
