"court" means a court to which the relevant provision of this Chapter applies
and includes (where applicable) an Industrial Magistrate.
"Judge" includes a judge of the Supreme Court, the Land and Environment Court
and the Court of Coal Mines Regulation and any other person of a class
prescribed by the regulations for the purposes of this definition.
"Magistrate" includes an Industrial Magistrate and any other person of a class
prescribed by the regulations for the purposes of this definition.
"registrar" means--
(a) in the case of proceedings before the Local Court, the relevant registrar of the Local Court,
(c) in the case of proceedings before an Industrial Magistrate, the relevant registrar of the Local Court,
(e) in the case of proceedings before any other court to which Parts 2-4 apply, the person prescribed by the regulations for the purposes of this definition.
