"Administration Order" means an Administration Order under this Part.
"Administrator" means the Administrator appointed under this Part for the
purposes of an Administration Order.
"land titles business" of the authorised operator means the business of the
authorised operator that provides titling and registry services.
"land titles operations" means any activity carried on in connection with the
operation, or control of the operation, of the land titles business of the
authorised operator.
