MOTOR DEALERS AND REPAIRERS ACT 2013 - SECT 67

67 Definitions

(1) In this Division--

"defective vehicle" means a motor vehicle that is in such a condition, or has such a defect, that the supply of the motor vehicle would constitute a breach of a guarantee (a
"consumer guarantee" ) that applies under sections 54- 57 of Part 3-2 of the Australian Consumer Law (NSW) .

"limitation period" for a motor vehicle is the period for which the dealer guarantee is in force for the motor vehicle.

(2) In this Division, a reference to a
"motor vehicle" is a reference to the vehicle complete with all accessories fitted to the vehicle.
