NATIONAL PARKS AND WILDLIFE ACT 1974 - SECT 92

92 Definitions

In this Part--

"ITAA 1997" means the Income Tax Assessment Act 1997 of the Commonwealth.

"Operating Fund" means the National Parks and Wildlife Conservation Operating Fund established under section 108(1).

"Public Fund" --see section 105(1).

"Trust" means the National Parks and Wildlife Conservation Trust established under section 93.
