CRIMES (ADMINISTRATION OF SENTENCES) REGULATION 2014 - REG 102
Visits to be within sight of correctional officer
102 Visits to be within sight of correctional officer
(1) A visit must take place within sight of a correctional officer unless the
governor permits otherwise.
(2) Subclause (1) does not apply to the holder of
a visitor's permit under Division 3 who is authorised by the conditions of the
permit to interview or examine an inmate out of sight of a correctional
officer.
