28 Consideration of certain case plans by Review Council

(1) The Review Council is to review any report prepared in accordance with clause 27 in relation to a serious offender, or an inmate who has a high security, extreme high security, extreme high risk restricted or national security interest designation.

(2) The Review Council may give the Commissioner any submissions in relation to the report that it considers appropriate.
