ANIMAL CARE AND PROTECTION ACT 2001 - SECT 138

138 Power to require reasonable help

(1) The inspector may require (a
"help requirement" ) a person at the place to give the inspector reasonable help to exercise a power under this part, including, for example to produce a document or give information.

(2) When making the help requirement, the inspector must give the person an offence warning.
