CRIMINAL PROCEEDS CONFISCATION ACT 2002 - SECT 21
Meaning of benefit and benefit derived
(1)
"Benefit" includes service and advantage.
(2) A
"benefit derived" by a person includes a benefit derived by someone else at
the person’s request or direction.
