DRUGS MISUSE ACT 1986 - SECT 102

102 Power to require reasonable help

(1) The inspector may require (
"help requirement" ) a person at a place entered under this part to give the inspector reasonable help to exercise a power under this part, including, for example to produce a document or give information.

(2) When making a help requirement, the inspector must warn the person it is an offence to fail to comply with the requirement and the penalty for the offence.
