"amending Act" means the Guardianship and Administration and Other Legislation
Amendment Act 2012.
"final funding period" means the period starting on 1 July 2012 and ending on
31 December 2012.
"independent member" means an independent member as defined under section 242
as in force immediately before the commencement of the amending Act,
section 15.
"repealed administrative funding provisions" means part 11, division 5 as in
force immediately before the commencement of the amending Act, section 15.
