Requirement to notify chief executive if work diary lost or stolen
318Y Requirement to notify chief executive if work diary lost or stolen
(1) A registered suitable operator who becomes aware that the operator’s
work diary has been lost or stolen must, within 7 business days, give the
chief executive written notice that the diary has been lost or stolen, unless
the operator has a reasonable excuse. Penalty— Maximum penalty—50
penalty units.
(2) In this section—
"work diary" , of a registered suitable operator, means the work diary the
operator keeps under section 318X .
