ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION ACT 1994 - SECT 318YP
Amendment by chief executive
318YP Amendment by chief executive
(1) If the chief executive believes a recognised accreditation program should
be amended, the chief executive may direct the owner to amend the program
under this division.
(2) If the chief executive believes a condition of the
recognition of the program should be amended, the chief executive may amend
the condition under this division.
