Each of the following is a ground for suspending or cancelling recognition of an accreditation program—
(a) the recognition was obtained by materially incorrect or misleading information or by a mistake;
(b) the owner of the program has contravened a condition of the recognition;
(c) the owner of the program has committed—(i) an offence against this Act; or(ii) an offence against a law relating to the supply or use of an agricultural chemical product; or(iii) an offence against a law of the Commonwealth, another State or a foreign country that substantially corresponds to an offence mentioned in subparagraph (i) or (ii) .
