ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION ACT 1994 - SECT 318YS
Representations about show cause notice
(1) The owner of the accreditation program may make written representations
about the show cause notice to the chief executive in the show cause period.
(2) The chief executive must consider all representations made during the show
cause period.
