ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION ACT 1994 - SECT 444L
Delegation
444L Delegation
(1) The rehabilitation commissioner may delegate the rehabilitation
commissioner’s functions under this Act, other than the functions under
section 444I (a) , (b) , (c) or (d) , to an appropriately qualified officer or
employee whose services are made available under section 444M (1) .
(2) In
this section—
"functions" includes powers.
