EDUCATION (GENERAL PROVISIONS) ACT 2006 - SECT 102
Attendance by proxy
102 Attendance by proxy
(1) A member of a school council for a State school may not attend a meeting
of the council by proxy.
(2) However, the school’s principal may attend up
to 2 meetings in each year by proxy.
(3) In this section—
"proxy" does not include an alternative association member for the president
of an association formed for the school.
