HOSPITAL AND HEALTH BOARDS ACT 2011 - SECT 128
Resignation
128 Resignation
(1) A clinical reviewer may resign by signed notice given to the appointer.
(2) However, if holding office as a reviewer is a condition of the reviewer
holding another office, the reviewer may not resign as a reviewer without
resigning from the other office.
