Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated ActsA designated person may disclose confidential information if the disclosure is to any of the following persons who is performing a function under, or relating to the administration of, the Health Transparency Act 2019 —
(a) the chief executive;
(b) an employee of the department;
(c) a contractor who is contracted to provide information and communication technology or information management services to the department.
