Limitation on Service’s dealing with land or buildings
20A Limitation on Service’s dealing with land or buildings
(1) A Service must not buy or sell land or buildings without the prior written
approval of the Minister and the Treasurer.
(2) A Service must not, without
the prior written approval of the Minister and the Treasurer, grant or take a
lease of land or buildings unless the lease is a type prescribed by
regulation.
