Ministerial advisory committees
278 Ministerial advisory committees
(1) The Minister may establish the advisory committees the Minister considers
appropriate for this Act.
(2) An advisory committee has the functions the
Minister decides.
(3) A member of an advisory committee is entitled to the
fees and allowances fixed by the Governor in Council.
(4) However, a member
may waive payment in whole or part.
