Conduct of business by executive committee
32D Conduct of business by executive committee
(1) The health service chief executive of a Service is to attend all meetings
of the Service’s executive committee, unless excused by the chair of the
committee.
(2) A quorum for a meeting of an executive committee is one-half
of the number of its members, or if one-half is not a whole number, the next
highest whole number.
(3) An executive committee must keep a record of the
decisions it makes when exercising a power delegated to it by the board that
established the committee.
(4) An executive committee is to otherwise conduct
its business, including its meetings, in the way the board that established
the committee considers appropriate.
