HOSPITAL AND HEALTH BOARDS ACT 2011 - SECT 35
Chief executive and Service must enter into service agreements
(1) The chief executive and a Service must enter into a service agreement for
the Service.
(2) The chair of the Service’s board must sign the agreement
on behalf of the Service.
(3) A service agreement is binding on the chief
executive and the Service.
