HOSPITAL AND HEALTH BOARDS ACT 2011 - SECT 53AA
Deputy chief health officers
53AA Deputy chief health officers
(1) The chief executive may appoint 1 or more deputy chief health officers for
the State.
(2) A deputy chief health officer is to be employed as a public
service officer or as a health service employee.
(3) A deputy chief health
officer must be a medical practitioner.
