INFORMATION PRIVACY ACT 2009 - SECT 70

70 Considered decision on amendment application

If a person makes an amendment application for a document to an agency or Minister, the agency or Minister must—

(a) after considering the application, make a decision (a
"considered decision" ) whether amendment of the document is to be permitted; and

(b) give the person written notice of the decision under section 73 .
