LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 2009 - SECT 35
Network connections
(1) A local government must not make a local law that regulates
network connections.
(2) A
"network connection" is an installation that has the sole purpose of
connecting a home or other structure to an existing telecommunications
network.
(3) A local law, to the extent that it is contrary to this section,
has no effect.
