Forensic disability client temporarily detained in authorised mental health service
844 Forensic disability client temporarily detained in authorised mental
health service
(1) This section applies if, immediately before the
commencement, a forensic disability client was detained in an authorised
mental health service under the repealed Act, section 309B.
(2) The repealed
Act, section 309B continues to apply for the detention of the client in the
authorised mental health service.
