SURROGACY ACT 2010 - SECT 12
Meaning of parentage order and discharge order
(1) A
"parentage order" is an order made by the court under chapter 3 for the
transfer of the parentage of a child born as a result of a
surrogacy arrangement.
(2) A
"discharge order" is an order made by the court under chapter 3 discharging a
parentage order.
