TRANSPORT OPERATIONS (PASSENGER TRANSPORT) ACT 1994 - SECT 48C
Term of emergency service contract
48C Term of emergency service contract
(1) An emergency service contract is, despite section 44 (1) , for the term of
not more than 2 years decided by the chief executive.
(2) However, if the
chief executive has entered into an emergency service contract without
inviting offers for the contract, the contract can not be for a term of more
than 12 months.
