VEGETATION MANAGEMENT ACT 1999 - SECT 111
Change to category C areas on freehold land or indigenous land
111 Change to category C areas on freehold land or indigenous land
(1) This section applies to an area located on freehold land or indigenous
land shown as a category C area on a PMAV immediately before this section
commences.
(2) From the commencement, the PMAV is taken to be amended to show
the area on the regulated vegetation management map as— (a) a category X
area; or
(b) a category R area.
