CIVIL LIABILITY REGULATION 2014 - REG 11
Transitional provision
11 Transitional provision
(1) Subject to sections 6, 8 and 9, the repealed regulation continues, despite
its repeal, to apply to injuries arising before the commencement.
(2) In this
section—
"commencement" means the commencement of this section.
"repealed regulation" means the Civil Liability Regulation 2003 as in force
immediately before the commencement.
