SUSTAINABLE PLANNING ACT 2009 No. 36 - SECT 707
707 Compensation for erroneous planning and development certificates
If a person suffers financial loss because of an error or omission in a
planning and development certificate, the person is entitled to be paid
reasonable compensation by the local government.
