A person must not disclose, or cause to be disclosed, information or evidence
relating to a review under this Division, or details relating to proceedings
conducted for the purposes of a review under this Division, except—
(a) as
authorised by the Commissioner or a court; or
(b) as
otherwise authorised or required by this Act, the regulations or any other Act
or law.
Maximum penalty: $10 000.
