(1) A
community corporation may, if authorised to do so by a unanimous resolution of
the corporation, grant an easement over the common property or consent to the
extinguishment of an easement that was granted for the benefit of the common
property.
(2) A corporation may,
by ordinary resolution, accept the grant of an easement for the benefit of the
common property or consent to the extinguishment of an easement over the
common property.
