COMMUNITY TITLES ACT 1996 - SECT 130

130—Confidentiality

An auditor must not divulge information that has come to his or her knowledge in the course of performing functions under this Act except—

            (a)         to the agent; or

            (b)         to the Minister; or

            (c)         as otherwise required by law.

Maximum penalty: $8 000.
