147—Power to require handing over of property
(1) A community
corporation may by notice in writing to a person who has possession of any
record, key, or other property of the corporation require that person to
deliver it to an officer of the corporation named in the notice on or before a
specified time.
(2) A person who fails
to comply with a requirement under subsection (1) is guilty of an
offence.
Maximum penalty: $2 000.
