officer
(1) Where a provision
of this Act authorises or requires an officer of a community corporation to
certify as to any matter or thing, the officer incurs no civil or criminal
liability in respect of an act or omission in good faith in the exercise of
that function.
(2) A liability that
would, but for subsection (1), attach to an officer of a
community corporation attaches instead to the corporation.
