South Australian Current Acts South Australian Current Acts88—Special resolutions—3 lot schemes
(1) This section
applies to a community corporation if there are three community lots in the
community scheme and the owner of each lot is entitled to one vote in respect
of his or her lot.
(2) A resolution of a
community corporation to which this section applies is a special resolution
if—
(a) at
least 14 days notice setting out the text of the proposed resolution and any
other information of a kind prescribed by regulation has been served on all
the owners of the community lots; and
(b) the
resolution is passed at a properly convened meeting of the corporation at
which either no vote, or only one vote, is cast against the resolution.
