LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 1999 - SECT 111

111—Application of Subdivision

This Subdivision applies to—

            (a)         the chief executive officer of a council; and

            (b)         any other officer, or any other officer of a class, declared by a council to be subject to the operation of this Subdivision.
